JoyBell C. Biti čovjek znači biti živi paradoks, dok se pritom često identificiramo samo s jednim djelićem onoga što jesmo. Pokušavamo se smjestiti u jedno stanje (po mogućnosti ugodno), osjećati jednu emociju, čvrsto se držati onoga tko jesmo i onoga tko nismo… pritom propuštajući prelijepu složenost i puninu ljudskog stanja. Tijekom pet dana retreata Odjek jednostavnosti, dobrodošle su sve naše strane – one pozitivne, otvorene i povezane, kao i one ambivalentne, otporne, osuđujuće ili povrijeđene. Umjesto da biramo strane, stvaramo više prostora za sve što jesmo, vjerujući istini našeg tijela. Umjesto da razrješavamo paradoks, dopuštamo tijelu da ga sadrži, pokrene, izrazi i integrira. Što TEBE čini ljudskim? 🟠 O RETREATU: Odjek jednostavnosti nastao je 2012. godine i od tada plešemo s istodobnim prihvaćanjem i mijenjanjem sebe. Svaki dan smo zajedno od 10:00 do 14:00, a ostatak dana je slobodan. Otok nam nudi dovoljno prostora i za samoću i za druženje. Metode koje koristim kombinacija su svjesnog plesa / meditacije u pokretu, somatskih vježbi, transpersonalne i tjelesne psihoterapije, uz elemente ekspresivne art-terapije. Za sudjelovanje na retreatu nije potrebno prethodno plesno iskustvo (iako ga toplo preporučujem), ali su znatiželja prema pokretu, sebi i drugima nužni. Ako imate bilo kakve posebne potrebe (fizičke, mentalne ili emocionalne) koje bi mogle utjecati na vaše sudjelovanje, molim vas da mi to javite prilikom prijave. Retreat se vodi istodobno na engleskom i hrvatskom jeziku. 🟠 VODI: Enesa Mahić – edukatorica, supervizorica i terapeutkinja tjelesne psihoterapije s više od 20 godina iskustva u tjelesnoj psihoterapiji i svjesnom plesu. Praktikantica Somatic Experiencing metode rada s traumom, ekspresivna art-terapeutkinja i učiteljica 5Ritmova od 2011. godine. Suosnivačica CIR ICBP-a, edukacijskog instituta za tjelesnu psihoterapiju u Hrvatskoj, Srbiji i Mađarskoj. 🟠 LOKACIJA: Otok Vis, Podšpilje Plesači najčešće borave u mjestu Rukavac, koje je 15 minuta vožnje od prostora u Podšpilju (nije pješačka udaljenost), ili u gradovima Vis i Komiža. Postoji mogućnost povezivanja sudionika radi dijeljenja smještaja i automobila, budući da na otoku ne postoji funkcionalan javni prijevoz. 🟠 CIJENA: 300 € za prijave do 30. 4. 2026. 400 € za prijave od 1. 5. 2026. Trying to settle into one state (pleasant one, if possible), feeling one emotion, holding on strictly to who we are and who we are not… while missing out on the beautiful complexity and fullness of human state. During the five days of the Echo of Simplicity, we welcome all sides of us – being positive, open and connected, as well as being ambivalent, resistant, judgemental or hurt. Instead of choosing sides, we make more room for everything we are, trusting the truth of our body. Instead of resolving the paradox, we let the body contain it, move it, express it and integrate it. Which human part of yourself do you want to accept? 🟠 ABOUT THE RETREAT: Echo of Simplicity was born in 2012 and we’ve been dancing with simultaneously accepting and changing ourselves ever since. Every day we are together from 10:00 – 14:00, and the rest of the day is free. The island offers us enough space for enjoying both solitude and company. The methods we use are a combination of conscious dance / movement meditation, somatic exercises, transpersonal and body psychotherapy, with elements of expressive art therapy. No previous dance experience is required to participate in the retreat (although I highly recommend it), but curiosity about movement, yourself and others is a must. If you have any special needs (physical, mental or emotional) that might affect your participation in the retreat, please let me know when you register.
