Class starts with a fun and dynamic warm up, followed by a circuit workout of various exercises that they will track results on week by week. Each session includes prizes, snacks and pool playtime. Weekly challenges are sent home for the week to encourage accountability, continued practice and routine. Spots are very limited and pre-registration is required.
