Madhu's Kitchen brings 'Agomoni Adda', culinary classics with traditional dishes which are lost and cooked rarely. The dishes will tingle the taste buds and the rendezvous will be complete with chats while enjoying the food. Traditional dishes from Thakurbari Kitchen and other famous Bonedi families from Kolkata would be the highlight of this event. Mutton chop with Peanuts and Raisins would tintilate the taste buds as an Appetiser. Bhetki baked with Fish Sauce would be complimented with Chingri Gondhoraj Pulao which is a 'marriage made in Heaven'. Mangsho Sarsebata is a very unique dish where mustard paste is used and mutton is cooked in Mustard oil which is the essence of this dish. This is a 'must try'. No meals are complete without a sinful dessert and Til'r Payesh is the best way to usher in Durga Pujo during this adda.
