Kadi Vija 3 on tuore helsinkiläinen yhtye, jonka musiikissa kuuluu ilo, vapautuneisuus ja tila kokeilla. Äänitaiteilija Kadi Vijan ainutlaatuinen lähestymistapa laulamiseen ja improvisaatioon on saanut vaikutteita instrumentaalisesta jazzmusiikista, virtaavista ajatuksista sekä abstraktiudesta. Bändin kokoonpano ja Vijan sävellykset muistuttavat jazzin perinteistä puhallintrio-formaattia, jossa ihmisääni nyt tulkitsee tavallisesti puhaltimilla soitetut melodiat kontrabasisti Mikael Saastamoisen ja rumpali Ville Luukkosen säestyksellä.
