We invite you to turn your action into an hour of honoring your own mental health through the practice of yoga while supporting neighbors and our community by your generous donation of $10.

The class will be taught by Carrie Green, YOTL yoga instructor and MHA Lakeshore Board Member. Staff from MHA Lakeshore will be present to share more about their important work in our community!

Come move, breathe, and give back—plus, hear directly from MHA staff about how your support makes a difference!

Please register and pay your $10 donation at: https://www.yogaonthelake.com/class-schedule then click on May 14 and find the 5:30 class called Mental Health Awareness All-Levels Flow.
