She also founded and runs Winter White, a WSDC event that has been thriving for 10 years! With a background in psychology, fitness, and yoga, Ardena brings a unique, well-rounded style to her teaching. For her, teaching is not just about steps and patterns—it’s about personal growth. It’s about watching people transform as they become more confident, more connected to their bodies, to the music, and to others.
