- **Event Description**: Spring has sprung, and the wildflowers are starting to bloom! Come join Ranger Stephanie for a guided hike along the Bobwhite ADA Trail, Seven Islands Loop Trail, and the island to learn about the wildflowers in bloom and other plants along the trails. Participants will learn how to identify plants by characteristics such as flowers and leaves in terms of shape, color, arrangement, and texture. As part of the hike, participants will also learn about using apps on smartphones to identify plants, flowers, trees, and other wildlife.

Registration for this program is $8.00 per person (age 6+). Under age 6 is FREE. Registered participants should meet Ranger Stephanie at the Bluebird Barn by the main parking lot at 9:00 AM. Participants should plan on wearing proper footwear for walking on paved and unpaved trails. The hike will be approximately 2.5 miles total. Please bring bottled water with you.
