On this magical island, surrounded by ocean tides and ancient waterfalls, you are invited to remember the fluid nature of your own body, your own emotions, your own becoming.🐚 

Water teaches us how to yield without losing ourselves, how to soften without collapsing, how to move with life instead of against it. Through somatic fluid practices, nature immersions, and the quiet medicine of tea ceremony, we listen to the subtle territories inside us: the nervous system, the breath, the ancestral waters that shape our memory and our own healing path.
