Lalita Devi is a Tantra facilitator guiding people into an embodied remembrance of the Divine. Her work is rooted in Traditional Tantra & Yoga, weaving mantra, ritual, devotional arts and somatic practice into grounded, transformative experiences.
She is a 200hr Traditional Tantra & Hatha Yoga instructor, certified Trauma Awareness Facilitator by 𝗨𝗡𝗜𝗢𝗡, 𝗥𝗲𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝘂𝗺𝗮 𝗥𝗲𝗰𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆 𝗜𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗶𝘁𝘂𝘁𝗲, and student of Kashmir Shaivism & Shakta Tantra. She offers a synthesis of lineage teachings and embodied presence.
For the past five years she has lived on Koh Phangan, creating sacred spaces for women, men and couples to awaken Shakti and expand awareness through the path of Inner Union.
She guides others to meet themselves with depth, honesty and reverence. Inviting each practitioner to return to the body as a temple and remember their true nature as consciousness expressed in form, alive with the pulse of Shakti.
At her core, Lalita is a lover of beauty, water, movement, mantra and the poetry of life. She walks the path of devotion with humility, openness and playfulness, continually learning, refining, and bowing to the Mystery of life.
