We will go through a deep process in which we will get to know ourselves better, explore our different voices, desires, patterns, mechanisms, and beliefs that we currently operate from but no longer serve us. We will discover how they are reflected in our current interpersonal relationships. Where did we inherit them from? From our upbringing, norms, past stories? First and foremost, we will create a container that preserves intimacy and boundaries, providing us with a foundation for our work. This way, we will establish a connection among participants that is based on maintaining both physical and emotional boundaries. Through psychodrama exercises, inner child processes, role identification and practicing the potential of new roles, playback theater and sociometry ,we will encounter and release emotionally and spiritually, inherited past patterns and roles that no longer serve us and invite our self to practice new ways to interact. Inviting transformation and healing for the narratives of our past that shaped and influenced who we are today. Examples of topics and roles we will explore in the group include: attachment, fears and fear of abandonment, self-surrender, shame and guilt, desires and fantasies, internal conflicts, avoidance, and more... We will examine our current relationship systems in life. The group will engage in practices based on the dynamics and relational systems arising within the group. These relationship systems essentially serve as mirrors and guides to our relationships in life , with the potential of releasing inhibiting patterns, learning, shifting, and refreshing our relationships inner systems.
