Wintering Within with Kelly Smith Trimble

Learn to embrace and honor winter as a time of rest and renewal.

This workshop will help you ease into the holidays with a sense of purposeful calm and the tools to sustain it.

Taking cues from nature and your own body, our cozy time together includes:
• gentle flow and restorative asana practice�

• journaling prompts and time to write and share�

• how to set up a restorative practice at home�• simple nature garland craft, materials included�

• tea and cookies, of course! Please bring your journal.

$50 per person.
