Sound Bath with Derek Helvey

Immersing your self in sound can induce a deep state of relaxation and effect change on every level of your being…physical, mental, emotional, energetic, and spiritual…leading to more balance and self healing.

In this sound bath you can expect:
Grounding and meditation.
A long sound bath with crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, handpan, frame drums, native American flute, and more....
By bringing together multiple instruments and sounds, Derek will create a meditation of pure vibration that offers itself to great change and deep healing.

Please bring a yoga mat and an eye pillow (optional).
