— Bonnie Casamassima, MFA, is a researcher, educator, and intuitive guide who creates experiences rooted in science, creativity, and connection to nature. As the founder of Intuitive By Nature, she blends positive psychology, intuition research, and mindful movement to help individuals and groups cultivate clarity, self trust, and joy. Bonnie is also the creator of Spark!, a playful morning experience combining yoga, meditation, and a disco inspired dance celebration that invites community, embodiment, and self expression. Through her work, Bonnie encourages people to listen inward, move with intention, and reconnect with what feels true.

— Courtney A. Clardy, LMSW, is an empowerment speaker, writer, and wellness guide whose work blends faith, culture, and emotional wellbeing. With a background in social work and years of experience supporting individuals and couples, Courtney brings a grounded yet inspiring approach to connection and healing. She is the author of Glow Up Sis, Glow Up! and the founder of several platforms dedicated to self harmony, spiritual growth, and meaningful conversation. Through her writing, speaking, and guided experiences, Courtney invites people to reconnect with themselves, strengthen their relationships, and move through life with greater intention, joy, and faith.

You will arrive at Ancient Lore Village and step out of daily distractions. The evening focuses on grounding, self-love, and setting the tone for connection. A welcoming dinner, gentle guided activities, and a fireside gathering help you relax and ease into the weekend together.

Saturday // Love, Play, and Partnership
Valentine’s Day is devoted to joyful movement, meaningful connection, and practical tools for partnership. You will explore what helps you feel connected, how to communicate more clearly, and how to bring play and appreciation back into daily life. The evening ends with a Valentine’s dinner and a celebration under the stars filled with music, laughter, and movement.

Sunday // Integrate + Carry It Forward
The final morning offers reflection and intention setting. You will name what you want to bring home with you and how to support each other beyond the weekend, leaving feeling grounded, connected, and clear.
