As we get ready for the holidays, why not give yourself the gift of a mind and body reset on December 21, from 1:00-3:30pm, as Hope Irwin brings you a one-hour slow flow yoga workshop followed by a cold plunge and sauna session at Mead's quarry lake with Sauna House Knoxville.

There are so many benefits linked with these practices, including enhanced relaxation, aiding in muscle recovery, increased circulation, and improving your overall health.

The location of the yoga workshop will be in the big room inside the Visitor Center. The plunge and sauna sessions will take place at Mead's Quarry Lake.

Tickets for the full workshop and sauna will be $40 per person.  Please bring a yoga mat with you, as well as swimming attire and a towel for the plunge.

If you would just like to attend the yoga portion only, tickets for just the 1-hour yoga workshop are $10 for adults and $5 for kids 5-12.

You MUST pre-register for the full yoga and sauna session so we can get a head count for the saunas.
