- **Event Description**: IT'S BACK WITH A VENGENACE!!!! Terror in the Woods returns on June 27 to bring you a night of killer frights and horror that is bound to have you looking over your shoulder!

Join Ijams, Central Cinema and Knoxville Horror Film Fest for everyone's favorite summer scare event, featuring Texas Chainsaw Massacre and Wrong Turn.  Grab your favorite blanket or lawn chair and get ready to scream (with delight and maybe a few frights). Doors open at 7 pm and movies begin at dark (~9 pm).

There also will be limited vending spots for a horror-themed marketplace. If you are interested in vending at this event, please email Sarah Brobst at sbrobst@ijams.org.

Food trucks and beer garden will have tasty meals, snacks, and beverages for purchase. NO COOLERS AND NO OUTSIDE ALCOHOL PLEASE. Dogs are allowed, but must be on leash at all times.

These events are on the Ijams Visitor Center lawn. In case of inclement weather, please check the event page and social media for updates.

Tickets are $15 per person and include access to both movies and parking.  Space is limited for all movie screenings. Purchasing tickets in advance is highly recommended. Walk-up tickets may not be available. Learn More about the 2026 Series
