Fourth Trimester Prep Workshop

This hands-on workshop is designed to help expectant parents feel more prepared and supported heading into the fourth trimester 💛
Together with:

👶 a 𝗰𝗲𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗲𝗱 𝗯𝗮𝗯𝘆𝘄𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘀𝘂𝗹𝘁𝗮𝗻𝘁 – that’s me!

We will cover:
✨ physical & emotional recovery after birth
✨ early lactation + infant feeding
✨ babywearing basics to support rest, regulation & connection—plus a hands-on demo of the stretchy wrap


✨ This is a 𝗽𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗶𝘂𝗺 𝗼𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴—a small, personalized class designed to support expectant parents with evidence-based education and professional insight as you prepare for postpartum life.
