Doc is a leadership coach who runs a company called GSD Manager Training (www.gsdrules.com). His background includes teaching in the business school at The University of Tennessee Knoxville and serving as Vice President of Organizational Development for a $700M distribution company. He’s authored a book on manager development called, “GSD Rules: Moving Managers from Unsure to Unstoppable,” and he’s going to help us apply the principles of the book to Higher Ed on March 10.
