Breaking Bread: Sourdough Demo and Sampling

Learn how to create healthy and flavorful sourdoughs with local and whole grain flours. Enjoy a demonstration and samples, all while exploring the basics of bread making! Several types of bread will be offered including gluten-free options. All participants will get sourdough starter to take home!

Every participant will:
Learn how to make delicious and nourishing sourdough bread
Be given several bread recipes
Enjoy samples at the event
And get to take home their own sourdough starter!

A gluten-free tasting and take-home starter options will be available. Participants will get to select either an active or dehydrated starter to try out what they learn at home!
Learn in-person how to make wonderful breads and leave with recipes and sourdough starter to bring those amazing flavors into your own home!

Class size is limited to 25 people and fee of $20 is needed to cover costs of materials. Sign up at the ticket link below.
