Join us for an unforgettable experience as we travel to New York City for the 99th Thanksgiving Day Parade!
We depart Farragut-Cracker Barrel (Campbell Station Road) Tuesday, November 25th at 5:30pm and Knoxville- Walmart (Kinzel Way) at 6:30pm and Bristol-Walmart (Exit 7) at 8:30pm.
We arrive in New York City by approximately 9am Wednesday morning ready for bagels! We will be dropped off at the New York City Port Authority in the Times Square area due to road closures for the parade. You have today free to explore the city on your own. We highly suggest making your way to Central Park West to watch the parade balloons come to life as they are filled with helium for their march through midtown on Thanksgiving Day! Filling begins at noon but it's suggested that 1-3pm is the best viewing time. This evening at 4pm we check into our Midtown hotel for our overnight stay.
Thursday, Thanksgiving Day, you have free to enjoy the parade and explore the city on your own. We highly suggest picking out your parade viewing spot no later than 7am as the parade begins at 9am. We will depart our hotel at 8pm to return home Friday morning by 10am with lots of stories and pictures to share!
