In the menu, we want to embrace the warmth & spice that accompanies the late summer and early autumn cuisine of Southern America, focusing on farm to table, family style dining.Cocina De Cortijo is a family style dining experience, one concept, one table, one space, one shared expreience; feel free to arrive at 5:30 pm for a pre-dinner Apertivo hour where you can meet the curators & chefs, mingle amounst your fellow diners and maybe even find an unexpected seat-mate.
