Reiki is a light-touch energy practice that promotes deep relaxation and balance.Herbal Tea & Circle Sharing — sip an aromatic, slightly bitter herbal tea (sage, rosemary, mugwort, basil), meant to amplify clearing, purification, abundance, lucid dreaming & manifestation. Sun Salutations sparked a curiosity about movement, philosophy, and spirituality—crystals, oracle cards, meditation. She paused practice to study musical theatre, but returned, and the first class back felt like home and confirmed she would one day teach. Now also certified in Reiki 1 and 2, Jess credits yoga with resilience through hard times. For the event, she’ll lead a gentle, women-focused session for hips and womb, supporting hormonal balance, menstrual health, fertility, perimenopause, menopause, and deeper self-connection. ? Teodora – After 14 years building a marketing career in finance and tech, she felt an ache for meaning that wouldn’t quiet. Rooted in her Romanian heritage, she’d always been a child of nature—curious about plants’ healing gifts, connected to animals, open to mysteries that sit alongside a deep respect for science.
