Most of us cannot remember the last time we were truly bored, sat through a sunset without reaching for a screen, or ate a meal without one eye on content. Your nervous system has noticed. This is not a digital detox in name only. When you arrive at The Seed — Bali's award-winning private estate on the shores of East Bali — you will lock your phone away. The box does not open again until Sunday morning.

What we put in its place: sunrise yoga on an ocean-facing deck, daily adventure through East Bali's quiet countryside on foot and e-bike, snorkelling the reefs at Blue Lagoon, guided meditation, three rounds of infrared sauna and cold plunge, a sound healing journey in our underground soundspace, a bonfire under the stars, communal Megibung dining, and a closing brunch on Sunday with the people you came home to yourself with.
