Become your own healer and balance your physical, emotional, mental, spiritual health with knowledge/experience from ancient traditions Ayurveda and Yoga, backed up with a modern touch.
You will explore your unique body type and the foods and lifestyle best suited for you. You will find out more about daily and seasonal routines, cook basic detox foods, practice self-massage and discover healing practices.
The workshops are open to women and men and strongly recommended for pregnant moms. And it is also a great opportunity to meet like-minded people.
The workshops are highly interactive with prints, online resources, cooking class and herbal steam tent.

Ayurveda, science of life, sister science of Yoga
• Ayurveda and the goals of life
• Ayurvedic principles: the 5 elements (Mahabhutas), the 20 qualities (Gunas), the 3 energies (Doshas) VATA, PITTA, KAPHA
• Define my constitution/body type
• Vata mind and body, Pitta mind and body, Kapha mind and body
• Prepare ayurvedic breakfast

Health and Illness, the origins of dis-ease
• Ayurvedic principles: 7 tissues (Dhatus), 3 waste products (Malas), digestive fire (Agni), toxic waste, (Ama), immunity (Ojas)
• Pacify vata

The facilitator
Krist’l D’haene is a Belgian holistic midwife/doula, craniosacral and massage therapist, yoga and Ayurveda practitioner and educator and mom of a young man born in Bangkok in 2002. Currently based in Bangkok, her passion is supporting women and men with a conscious approach to food, lifestyle, movement and wellbeing. She also supports pregnant and postpartum moms, babies and partners with holistic child birth education, hypnobirthing, doula at birth and traditional postpartum care.
She works in SE Asia since 1996 in Laos, Cambodia and Thailand. Prior to this, she spent 10 years in various African countries. She loves to resource in nature and is happy with music, dancing and singing. She is polyglot and is at ease in Dutch, French, English, German, Spanish, Portuguese and somehow Thai, Lao and Khmer too. www.kristldhaene.com
