She received her Bachelor’s in Business Administration & Communication, from the University of Southern California (USC). Natalie’s education includes coaching training and certification through the Co-Active Coaches Training Institute (CTI), certification through International Coach Federation (ICF), and transformational leadership training through COR Experience. Her 15 years of coaching was spent studying relationships, conflict resolution, and effective communication. Natalie has also been a Co-Executive Director COR Community Foundation for the past 5 years with the mission of making healing and growth work accessible to all people, regardless of age, race or gender.
