- **Event Description**: We’re so excited to invite you to auditions for A Changed Person - making its stage debut at the Linkville Playhouse! Written and Directed by our very own Erin Barker (Distracted, Uncommon
Women & Others, Dead Man’s Cell Phone) - this dramatic comedy is sure to make you think .

Set in Klamath Falls, the play takes us to an astral projection workshop that goes terribly awry when the participants return to the wrong bodies. While seeking to remedy this cosmic mishap these transcendental travelers learn important lessons about life. It’s a road to self discovery and understanding- while literally walking in someone else’s shoes… and feet!

Audition Details:
● March 9 and 10 at 6:00 at the Klamath Union Auditorium
● Sides and monologues will be provided for auditions; no need to prepare a monologue ahead of time.
● The show will require some basic movement, including light yoga poses and running

Cast List:
The show calls for 6 actors. All roles, excluding Madame Serena, are very gender specific.
● Madame Serena: Loud and flamboyant, bright makeup and clothing, a psychic medium.
● Charles: 20-30yo man- Looks conservative, but works as a mime. A regular here. Can’t seem to make a decision without consulting a psychic.
● Jacob: 20-30yo man- Good looking, kind of a player. Skeptical of all things metaphysical. Came with Star.
● Star: 20-30yo woman- Attractive. Likes crystals, does reiki, stereotypical peace and love hippie.
● Annie: Middle-aged woman, going through a midlife crisis and looking for answers. Kind of frumpy and plain, motherly.
● Stranger: An average young adult male.

Time Commitment:
● Rehearsals: 6:30p-8:30p, Mon-Thur (Fridays/weekends as needed) beginning 3/16
● Run of show: seven performances over three weekends: May 15-30, 2026
