Who is it for?
Mama+baby yoga is for mamas and babies from 8 weeks to one year (until they can walk)

No previous experience with yoga necessary
- come as you are!

Class takes place in English, mantra songs in English and Norwegian

Course fee:

NOK 1450,- for 5-week course * 
*missed classes can be made up in Kundalini class

About the teacher:

Kathy Haridev Latham is a mom and experienced yoga teacher and yoga therapist. She has taught yoga for over 13 years and has 20 years experience in the healing arts.
She found pregnancy yoga incredibly beneficial and inspiring during her own pregnancy.

Kathy first studied Prenatal Yoga with Gurmukh and Sarah Kamrath in 2014.
She trained as a birth doula + preparation for birth with Debra Pascali-Bonaro in New York. She has benefited from years of guidance from experienced doula and midwife Natalie Dorchester in the UK.

It is an honor for her to support other women through their
pregnancy and birth journeys.
