Tiny seeds, salt, major relief --
Based on the principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine, ear seeds are tiny but powerful tools used to stimulate pressure points on the ear that correspond to different areas of the body. The combination of Seeds and Halotherapy in the Salt Cave will promote overall relaxation while experiencing respiratory benefits.
Ear seeds are a part of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) which dates back thousands of years. Initially, ear seeds were actual seeds of the Vaccaria plant (native to Eurasia and commonly known as the "prairie carnation") that were used in conjunction with acupuncture to help support mind + body wellness. In Chinese Medicine, the ear is a microsystem of the whole body and has dozens of acupressure points that help to empower physical + mental healing.
Participants must arrive 20 minutes early to have the ear seeds applied and explained prior to the halotherapy session in the Salt Cave. The seeds remain on your ear for 3 to 5 days.
Cost per person is $60 and there are 8 available spaces for this special event.
