We will be outside in the grass by the creek, so dress in layers and bring weather essentials like sunscreen, a hat or extra warmth.In the case of severe weather, this class will be rescheduled.After yoga, stick around for Amano’s Artisan Market. They’ll have 10+ local artists and makers with ceramics, art, jewelry, handmade goods, and all kinds of beautiful things to discover. Grab a coffee, wander around, and enjoy one of our favorite ways to spend a Sunday.Parking:Please do not park in the Adobe Creek Center (Amano) lot. Instead park along CO-74 or across the street at Happy Day or Piney. There’s ample street parking in walking distance.Mary Beth’s teaching style is a creative, meditative, somatic slow flow — anchored by breath, backed by a beat. Expect intentional movement, steady rhythm, a little sweat, and soulful depth. Often we wind down with yin or restorative, sealing it all in. is a seasoned yoga and meditation teacher, somatic practitioner and founder of Embodied by MB - a collection of offerings rooted in presence, nervous system wisdom, and soul.
