THE ANNUAL CRUSTACEAN NATION CONVENTION
October 9–11 • Dave’s Maine Cafe • Kittery

Your attendance is requested at our three-day customer appreciation convention. After extensive planning, I have appointed myself chairman. Nobody else applied.

WHAT EXACTLY ARE YOU SIGNING UP FOR?

Three days of lobster, bourbon, football, and important discussions conducted with your mouth full.

Please review the daily proceedings and select your delegation. Attending all three days demonstrates an alarming commitment to the organization. We respect that.

THE MAINE EVENT — ALL WEEKEND

$17 DAVE’S LOBSTER ROLLS.
Our lowest price of the year.

Add $8 for a cup of chowder and a whoopie pie. That’s a $25 Meal Deal.

Official policy: DINE-IN ONLY. One drink purchase required per roll. Nonalcoholic drinks count. The chairman will not be taking questions on this.

FRIDAY — BOURBON APPRECIATION DAY
The Committee on Bourbon Appreciation will review all 70-plus bourbons at $9 a pour. All 16 drafts are $7.

No minutes will be taken. Somebody would have to find a pen.

SATURDAY — COLLEGE GAME DAY
All 16 drafts, $7.

Delegates are invited to present their coaching credentials by yelling at the television. Experience unnecessary. Confidence apparently mandatory.

SUNDAY — GRAND CLOSING CEREMONIES
Flannel Sunday. Redneck vibes.
Patriots at 1 PM. Formal flannel requested.

The Department of Questionable Beer Pricing hereby authorizes:

$3 DOMESTIC CANS FROM KICKOFF UNTIL THE PATRIOTS SCORE.

Yup. Three dollahs until the Pats put points on the board.

Could last one drive. Could become a significant financial incident. I’ve put the Patriots in charge of my beer prices. Roll the dice.

All 16 drafts are $7. Stay for the whole game. The chairman will be in the kitchen questioning his own policies.

ADDITIONAL CONVENTION BUSINESS

The Mac & Cheese Savages have successfully petitioned for its return. Our famous Mac comes back LARGE: Plain Jane, bacon, BBQ pulled pork, or Lobster Mac.

Double D’s Stuffies are joining the proceedings. $10 shot-and-beer combos have been reinstated.

Double D’s Craft Sodas: $4 each, or a mix-and-match four-pack to take home for $10.
