Join me on the mat for an 8-week session beginning Monday, February 4th at 730 pm and ending Monday, April 1st. Classes are 1 hour in length.
In this 8 week session, we will learn and practice the foundations of Pilates while incorporating neutral spine, a properly engaged core, c-curve, shoulder and pelvic stability, spinal articulation and proper breathing.
Class sizes are small so that you get the individual attention from the instructor as you progress each week.
Cost: $136.00 for an 8-week session
Dates will include: February 4, 11, 25, March 4, 11, 18, 25, April 1 **no class on February 18 - Family Day
*Classes are 100% non-refundable after the first day of class.
* There are no makeup classes for canceled classes by the participant.
* If the instructor cancels for any reason, makeup classes will be scheduled accordingly.
No experience is necessary. All you need is comfortable clothing and a willingness to try something new. There is no better time to start than now. Pilates suits anyone. It is for all ages, shapes, sizes, and genders.
