MASKED EVENT: Mask Chain Making Workshop (Kitchener)

Learn to make your own mask chain with Toronto maker Orbwitch! Chain, charms, and findings all provided.

All participants must wear a KN95 mask or better for the duration of the workshop.

Come learn how to craft your own mask chain to decorate your favourite respirator. Jupiter will have a range of beads and charms available as well as chains of different colours to choose from. She'll show you the best practices she's learned over the past year of creating a variety of styles to suit almost any (K)N95 out there.

Cost of ticket covers materials, reference zine, Jupiter's teaching time and platform service fees.

Physical Access info: Jewellery making requires handling small pieces and gripping pliers. Support persons are welcome free of charge to support individuals with their access needs. Please email orbwitch [at] pm.me to let me know of any accommodation needs.

Building access: Dirty Work Studio is regrettably not wheelchair accessible and is up a flight of stairs.

About the instructor: Jupiter Wildwood (she/any) is a maker, writer, and witch based in Toronto. She fell into mask chain making after getting some supplies for a holiday party and has been selling chains for a year now.
