This is an intro workshop that will lead up to a more advanced workshop that will be offered in the summer. It's meant to lay the groundwork for those who are new to the concepts that are being offered.

Energy & Chakra system – to lay the groundwork for deeper connection to self
Sacred tools that can help you throughout your journey – learn ways to shift the way you feel with the support of sacred tools
Proper ways to ground yourself – learn to be stable in your body, clear and in your power
Getting in touch with the power of intuition – understand your intuitive gifts and learn to empower yourself by trusting and relying on YOU
How to keep your energy balanced and strong – learn exercises to help balance and strengthen your energy field
How to expand, cleanse and protect your energy body – learn how to tap into your loving and compassionate side and keep your energy levels flowing optimally making sure you are influenced less and less by external negativity
Energetic stress reduction techniques – learn holistic approaches to navigating through daily stresses in order to achieve inner peace and calmness
If you can relate to feelings of not belonging, having everything you are told you need in order to be happy and fulfilled, but feeling like something is still missing, you are likely feeling disconnected.
Not feeling like yourself, feeling numb and desensitized to things that used to light you up and bring you joy are also signs that you may be in need of cultivating deeper connection with yourself and in turn others.
We are electromagnetic beings and when we are in the frequency of love and compassion our frequency syncs up to that of the Earth, which brings with it many healing effects. I would like to help you connect to that as you learn how to expand your energy and tap into your soul essence – the playful, compassionate and loving side of you.
The relationship you have with yourself sets the stage for the relationships you will have with others, which is a very empowering concept. This means you have control over your life and relationships and aren’t just at the mercy of external forces.
We will be touching on the concept of holding space, in order to better understand energy’s interactive nature. Mindful awareness of these energetic interactions can be very healing to those around us, and in turn can create healthy boundaries and set examples of how we would like to be treated in return. Holding space is a great starting point to shifting certain habits that can be harmful to healthy relationships, and in turn replacing them with healthier practices.
Healthy boundaries are more easily created when we have a better understanding of our energy system. The more tuned in we are the more easily we can pin point where we may have imbalances, where we may be giving more and receiving less energetically. In order to tune into these subtleties, it’s vital to lay the groundwork, just like painting a color wheel is vital to learning how to paint.
Another important aspect that we will be covering is energetic protection. If you are sensitive and find yourself getting affected by negativity around you, you might get frustrated. It’s natural since we cannot control our external world. Energetic protection can help you stay in your own power without getting affected by what transpires around you.
Next we will explore grounding techniques. It is easy to get swept up in different forms of escapism and grounding enables us to be present and stable in the world. It helps us gain clarity when we are feeling scattered and is helpful in pulling us from our minds, which may be filled with rumination or negative self-talk, into our bodies. The key is to find balance.
A range of tools will be offered to help you get in touch with your own energy system, which we will discuss in detail. These tools will help you navigate through stressful times with a more holistic approach.
This workshop is designed as an introduction to those who are looking to step out of feelings of self-doubt, pity and hopelessness and other disempowering emotions and begin their journey of deeper connection and empowerment. This is a starting point for an ongoing journey in which you will receive as much as you put into it.
It is also a stepping stone, hopefully, for those who wish to get into the healing arts themselves.
