Buns so delicious they made a nursery rhyme about them! Join us at Schneider Haus to make this traditional Spring treat loaded with spices and raisins. We will be using a recipe from Baking Yesteryear by B. Dylan Hollis.

As your dough rises, you’ll take a coffee break, enjoy samples of hot cross buns fresh from our historic bake oven and a tour of the Historic Haus and Outbuildings.

This is a make and take course where you will learn how to make your dough and take it home ready to bake in your own oven!

This workshop is for ages 16 and up. Pre-registration required, no refunds.

Date: March 28, 2026

Time: 1 pm to 4 pm

Cost: $55 per person
