Girls in Sport

This FREE 8-week program is designed to teach girls aged 12-16 the basic rules, ethics, and skills of Canadian sports like basketball, volleyball, pickleball, floor hockey.

Not only will girls learn new sports, but they’ll also improve their mental and physical health, build confidence, and develop valuable teamwork skills. Plus, it’s a great way to socialize and make new friends in a fun, supportive environment! 💪💖

📍 Location: Kingsdale Community Centre, 2 Wilson Ave, Kitchener, ON
⏰ Time: Tuesdays, 6:15 PM - 8:00 PM
