Contemporary Dance Taster Class - Move with Jorja

Discover contemporary dance in a supportive, open-level class at The Studio. We’ll cover fundamentals with a mix of technique, creativity and choreographed phrases—exploring release technique, floorwork and travelling sequences. Build body awareness, balance, coordination and fluidity of movement in a relaxed environment. Adults of all ages welcome.

Jorja is a Dance Artist and Movement Teacher based in Perthshire. She regularly performs and collaborates as a professional Contemporary Dancer, touring works by many renowned choreographers across Scotland and beyond.
On completing training at The Space in Dundee, Jorja graduated with a First Class BA (Hons) in Contemporary Dance Performance. Also a qualified Yoga Teacher and Fitness Instructor, she has been teaching a range of movement disciplines across the UK for over ten years. Jorja enjoys sharing her movement practice with people of all ages and backgrounds, bringing people together to be active and creative.
