Winter is a time to turn inwards, to reflect and to replenish. It is a time to balance the doing with rest. Yet, in our modern-day society, it Is hard to do that with the constant flow of information, stimulation, never ending to-do lists, commitments and stresses.

On July 20th, join me for a beautiful spacious yin yoga and sound bath working with the ether element. All poses will be supported with instruments reflecting the ether/ space element. After your 75-minute yin practice, settle in for a lengthy sound bath in savasana. The sound bath will include 432hz crystal quartz singing bowls, chimes, rain stick, drums and other beautiful instruments.
You’ll leave feeling clearer, calmer, centred and more at peace.

About your teacher:
Lindsay holds 200hr Yoga Teacher Training from Akasha Janine Leagh and over 100hrs in continuing education including yin yoga and restorative. She also holds 100hr in Breathwork and Shamanic Meditation Facilitator training, is certified in Level 1, Level 2 and Master Reiki and is also certified in Crystal Healing.
Lindsay is a Certified Educator and Stockist for Rainbow Sounds Crystal Singing Bowls. Lindsay has also completed her Level 1 tuning forks training with the Sound Healing Academy. She also trained in Yin Breathwork (Rebirthing Breathwork) with Suntara in Bali.
