On this first day of Autumn, nourish and nurture yourself with deep rest and a grounding sound bath. 

A sound bath is a powerful way to bring your mind, body and spirit back into a state of harmony. The frequencies slow down your brain waves, activate feel good hormones and activate the parasympathetic nervous system. Gift yourself one hour of deep rest and feel renewed after.

Please bring a blanket, pillow and a mat. I also have a few mats available. Let me know if you need them as I only have 6.

Lindsay is a certified educator and stockist for Crystal Singing Bowl supplier, Rainbow Sounds. Lindsay teaches people how to be exceptional sound bath practitioners and certifies them via Rainbow Sounds Workshops. She also completed her tuning fork training through the Sound Healing Academy. Lindsay is also a yoga teacher, breathwork instructor, reiki practitioner and shamanic journey facilitator. As well an an organise for Lovefest Australia.
