- **Event Description**: It's that time of year again when the Kirkwall Kayak Club is holding a Flotilla of Light paddle to raise money for the ever so important RNLI.  

Venue: Stromness Harbour!  

Starting at the Stromness Sailing Club slip near Ness Point, we will paddle along the shoreline to and through the harbour to finally meet the Lifeboat at the pier.  

Any competent (Thursday night level) paddlers welcome.  Meet at the Sailing Club slip at 3pm to decorate your kayak and kit up.  Launch by 4pm.  

Friends, family and community members, come along and watch from the shoreline, and meet us at the Lifeboat where the RNLI crew will welcome us and be taking donations.
