***About the class***
Zumba is a high-energy aerobic fitness workout that combines Latin American dance rhythms with interval-style moves. This dance fitness party is designed to bring people together, providing a total workout that combines cardio, muscle conditioning, balance, and flexibility.

No experience necessary!
Please bring clean shoes if you plan to wear shoes during class
(to help keep the studio floors clean)
