They are more intense than PFM’s Learning Scrimmage but less intense than typical league scrimmages.

To attend you should have skated in 4 scrimmages, and have passed (or are close to passing) your WFTDA minimums.  The scrimmages could be at other leagues or PFM Learning Scrimmage
