The Kirkland School of Oom Yung Doe invites all community members to be part of this worldwide event. With all the tumultuous events going on, it is more important than ever to remind ourselves that panic and fear have no place in lives dedicated to peace. Be part of providing the healing vision for our world.Join us and learn how effective Tai Chi practice can be at boosting the immune system, reducing stress, and improving overall physical health.
