FREE Bereavement Workshops – Make A Memory Bear
Tuesdays, 10am-12pm (starting 13th January 2026)
Thanks to Lottery funding, our free bereavement workshops are continuing into the new year. We know the holiday season can be a difficult time, and this January we’re offering a gentle, creative space to honour and celebrate your loved ones.
Over five weekly sessions, you’ll create a memory bear using a special item of clothing belonging to your loved one (please note that it will be necessary to cut this garment to create your design).
No sewing experience is needed. This is a beginner-friendly workshop, and we'll provide all other materials.
To get the most from the project, we recommend joining for the full five weeks if you can:
Week 1: 13th Jan
Week 2: 20th Jan
Week 3: 27th Jan
Week 4: 3rd Feb
Week 5: 10th Feb
If you can’t commit to all five sessions, please let us know and we’ll do our best to find an option that works for you.
