You will chop, season, and sizzle your way through a menu bursting with flavour and warmth. Discover the spices of jerk seasoning and learn about authentic Caribbean ingredients.
On the menu:
- Crispy fried plantains with zesty mango chutney - golden slices of ripe plantain, fried to perfection and paired with a tangy-sweet mango chutney that dances on your tongue.
- Classic rice & peas - a comforting island staple, fragrant rice simmered with coconut milk, thyme, and hearty red kidney beans.
- Jerk-spiced portobello mushrooms & sweet potatoes - earthy mushrooms and tender sweet potatoes marinated in fiery jerk spices, then roasted to bring out their smoky, savoury depth.
All recipes are suitable for vegetarians. Please let us know about any dietary requirements when booking. Wheat and dairy will be used in the workshop.
