Experience the restorative power of Sound Healing, where Scott plays gongs, singing bowls, bells, and chimes and other sacred instruments createing a harmonious blend of healing vibrations. These soothing sounds align the mind, body, and spirit, promoting relaxation and reducing stress. As the calming tones surround you, they foster deep inner peace, Janie will provide Reiki Healing to everyone in our candle-lit studio.  

This session is perfect for those seeking tranquility, emotional clarity, or a deeper connection with themselves, serving as a sanctuary for renewal and transformation.  

Some of the numerous benefits include: Improved sleep, reduced anxiety, improved mood, reduced pain, reduced fatigue, and stress reduction at a cellular level.  

You have the discretion to choose to have hands on reiki or hands off approach, reiki energy can be transmitted through time and space without touch, still supporting you on a journey to deep restorative bliss.  

This class is floor-based and involves no movement. We provide bolsters and blocks for added comfort. Chairs are available for those who need assistance getting up and down from the floor—please inform us of your needs upon arrival. Just bring comfortable clothing, a water bottle, a blanket, and a pillow for additional comfort. If you don't have a yoga mat, we have spare mats available.  

This experience is limited to 10 participants.  

This session isn't suitable for anyone pregnant or under the age of 16  

In this class, you'll have the opportunity to place hot basalt stones on specific energy points of your body. This practice helps melt tension and alleviate aches while promoting relaxation through the downregulation of your parasympathetic nervous system.  

Basalt stones come from solidified lava and embody both fire energy and earth's grounding properties, providing soothing heat. This class offers a deeply relaxing experience that nurtures your entire being.
