Each instrument in a sound bath has its own voice. 

What is Sound Bath?

A Sound Bath helps reset your frequency field by reintroducing coherent vibration - bringing your brain waves and body rhythms back into harmony and tune in, clear out and come back into resonance.

Think of a Sound Bath like a spa for your mind. You lie down, relax, and let calming sounds from bowls, gongs, and chimes wash over you. No effort-just deep peace, stress relief, and good vibes.

But Sound baths are more than a relaxing experience, they also have measurable effects on the brain and nervous system.

Research shows that immersive sound can help shift brainwaves from active beta states into alpha and theta states, which are associated with deep relaxation, meditation, creativity, and emotional processing.

The soothing tones and vibrations from instruments such as singing bowls and gongs can activate the parasympathetic nervous system, helping the body move out of "fight or flight" and into a restorative state. 

This may lower stress hormones, slow the heart rate, relax muscles, and support overall wellbeing.
