The Merkaba is often described as a luminous field of consciousness surrounding the body, symbolised by two interwoven tetrahedrons (three-sided triangles), one rising, one descending, representing the divine masculine and feminine in sacred balance.

Rather than something to achieve, the Merkaba is an invitation to remember the wisdom, light, and expansiveness already within you.
By guiding the body into deep parasympathetic downregulation, we soften the analytical mind and enter the heart space, Anahata. This allows a profound sense of unity, stillness, and inner connection to unfold.
