This class involves no movement and is floor-based. Bolsters and blocks are provided for extra comfort. Chairs are available if unaided getting up and down from the floor is not feasible (please let us know upon arrival).

All you need is comfy clothing, a water bottle, a blanket, and a pillow for extra comfort. We have spare yoga mats if you don’t have one.
