Step into the magic of the season with this cosy & clam  Christmas-themed sound healing.

Come along in your favourite Christmas PJs, jumper or festive attire , (this is optional) 

enjoy a little festive treat (yes, there will be mince pies! ?✨) and sink into an hour of calm in the middle of December’s chaos.

Let the soothing sounds, soft candlelight and festive energy wrap around you like a warm hug as you rest, reset, and welcome in some Christmas peace. ??

Please wear comfortable clothing and bring along a blanket to keep you warm. 

Sound healing is not suitable for anyone who is pregnant, or has a pacemaker.  Those with Epilepsy should seek medical advice.
