As we journey into the darker months, this is a time to plant seeds and focus on what you wish to grow. Just as the Earth’s energy turns inward, mulching down and offering sustenance, we too can nurture our dreams, intentions, and ideas — or simply cultivate inner peace, acceptance, and self-compassion. This day offers you an opportunity to truly tune in with yourself, to listen deeply to your body, and give yourself exactly what you need.

We will begin the day with a shared intention setting and somatic body release , grounding into our bodies and connecting deeply with the Earth. From this embodied presence We will share in a Cacao Ceremony — a heart-opening journey with this gentle plant medicine, guided by breathwork and drumbeat to connect with our hearts and inner worlds. Through a womb communion practice, we will ground into our roots and open to our inner voice, returning to the beauty of our essence beyond roles and responsibilities. We come together in prayer in sacred despacho ceremony offering our gratitudes and intentions to Mother Earth x 

The day will also include voice work activation - no experience necessary - and some mantra practice., awakening our inner wild through sound, rhythm, and dance. We will activate deep, primal sounds within — exploring free expression through the voice with the shruti box, and the beat of the drum. This will lead us into a space to move, sound, and release — to let your spirit speak through you. - led ina creative movement practice dance like no ones watching and free up your soul. - or lay still and journey inwards with the dance 

We will share a lunch  - bring light refreshments to share

Later, we will move into a restorative yin-based yoga practice — gentle and deeply nourishing. No experience is required. Here we will soften into stillness, working with the fascia and connective tissues where emotions are often held, and allowing the body’s wisdom to lead the way. Through this practice, we support the vagus nerve, reset the nervous system, and open to receive cosmic vibrations as we journey through the energetic centres — the Poqpos — awakening and harmonising with the elements within.

As the energy of the day deepens, we will enter a space of complete rest — lying down in comfort with blankets and cushions — to receive a Cosmic Sound Bath. This sacred sound journey will help clear old patterns, thoughts, and behaviours that no longer serve, welcoming in the new energies of abundance, peace, and clarity for the year ahead.

For those who wish, there will be the option to experience a Rebozo wrap ceremony. Please bring a sarong or wide scarf (I have around nine available). The wrap is placed around the womb and sacral area as we journey with sound — a ritual of deep rebirth and restoration, helping the body reclaim energy and reintegrate the soul. We will call upon the Crystal Condor to help us gather lost or fragmented parts of self, so we may emerge renewed and whole.

Throughout the day there will be time for quiet reflection, journaling, or simply resting in stillness — allowing the wisdom of the experience to integrate into the physical body. you can join in the dance or lay in your nest and dance internally all is welcome x

Please bring:
Yoga mat, blanket, cushions, water, shared lunch, journal, and pens.
If possible, a sarong or wide scarf for the Rebozo wrap.
