Three days of coaching, competing and meeting like minded folk that like to lift a thing or two (because everyone knows we lift better when we lift up each other!)

Open to all levels and abilities working to your own weights.

Tumble Dryer Toss Workshop
Nutrition Workshop

Saturday:
Conans Wheel Workshop
Classic Strongman Workshop (bar bending, stone toss, tyre flip, farmers)
Pressing Workshop (log press, bench variants)
Squat and Deadlift  Workshop
Social

Sunday: 
Event 1: Max Deadlift
Event 2: Conans Wheel for distance (pick your own weight)
Event 3: Tyre Flip (60s)
Event 4: Stone to Shoulder
